I'm really liking my new uberti SAA. No wonder the Peacemaker was do popular for so long. This gun I'd relatively light, and compact for a .45. It carries easily. It has quickly become my woods gun.
Finally found a Bisley Blackhawk in 45 colt.
Mods: I tried for 10 minutes to search this thread up to no avail. Was it not stickied before? I had to crawl through pages to find it.
Here's the main and alternate carry for today. S&W M&P .38 Special, Rossi M68 .38 Special.
S&Ws and a Ruger for fun.....
Duo-tone Taurus M608-6
Dan Wesson M14-2 with an EWK 3" EH shroud & barrel plus its cousin by marriage CZ-52..
Picked this up today. I've been wanting one for a while and finally came across exactly what I was looking for
Cimarron, 4.75" barrel, .357 mag. Put a few rounds of .38spl through it this afternoon. Loving it so far.

Do not recall looking at this thread before so I started at the beginning (do not know how it was missed), made it through the first four pages, will have to pick it up another day.
Some purty revolvers in this thread!
Does not pay for me to post any...........
My new Smith & Wesson 19-9.
Wife and I ringing steel at 60 yards with the new to me 586:
Decided to make a QLS compatible holster for the 586. I still need to dremel a little and it ain't pretty but it works:
a few somewhat scarce 686s
686-4, 7 shot
PC 686-4 Light Magnum Hunter, 7 shot
Finally found a Ruger Wrangler. Bought the last one at academy. $240.00 with bulk box of Federal.
I love revolvers, but I only have 3 currently.
.454 and 2 .44’s. Would like a j frame .357 someday.
Always love seeing that Colt SAA! Nothing quite like their color case hardening and bluing!
My understanding of firearms for self defense.....
1. Have a reliable gun.
2. Know how to use it !
S&W 43C. action smoothed & reduced power hammer & rebound springs. Best ammo. (CCI 32 gr segmented: Quik Shok)
And fun !!
Carying this today in a shoulder rig. Jacket weather is a great thing.
Webley Mk.VI ca.1919ish (I believe).
What is the caliber?
.455 Webley I bet. Duh!
This one was converted to accept. 45ACP in moonclips, but so far I've been using it with .455 Webley exclusively using a machined spacer. I'm sure I'll run a lot of .45acp/.45Auto Rim reloads through it once I get set up to load it.
