progun, I had one! I saw the add in Shotgun News, back in the middle early '80s and talked to my buddy-with-the-FFL. And to answer your question, I can't remember which of the big ads in SGNews I was reading. Sorry about that.
I didn't like the balance and sold it. The way it was built was interesting, since the barrel was so short that there wasn't room for the usual locking parts at the front of the ejection rod. Instead, they did a nice job of putting a spring loaded ball in the frame and a dimple in the crane that the cyclinder swings out on. When the cylinder goes shut, the ball pops into the dimple. It was sorta like, but not quite the same, as the old S&W triple lock in that regard. 'Cept it wasn't a triple, it just made a double lock.
They also filled in the hole in the front of the ejector rod shroud and I could barely see the plug. It was polished and blued quite well.
