I have 100 pieces of 300wm brass that was purchased new, and has been fired once, and resized only bumping the shoulder .001". I also have about 50 pieces that's on there 4th firing, and I annealed these before the last resize. Here's my question.

Would it be beneficial to anneal the once fired cases, even though they have already been resized? Reason I ask is because I just tried my annealed cases today with my hunting load, and dropped my 3 shot groups by .10". I would like to anneal the rest since I will be loading these up for hunting season.

I do like you did with your first batch. Anneal after the 3rd firing. I'd be consistent.

It is unlikely once fired brass needs to be annealed yet to make as soft as your old brass after it was annealed.

I wouldn't.
