Rifle Butt Stock Jack/Elevator??

I have seen guys with screw type adapters that they put on the butt lug for bench shooting to get a shot locked in with the bipod in front and the single leg rest in the back. Anybody know where to get these? I looked at Harris and didn't see anything there....

Thanks! It is a lot easier to find 'monopods' than butt jack or elevator
