Jeez, maybe I'm just lucky. I have three RIA's and they all function perfectly. I absolutely trust my Compact model, it's my little buddy that goes with me everywhere. It's the most fun to shoot too!

I have been considering either the RIA Tactical or the Taurus 1911B. Trying to stay on topic, why is the RIA better/worse than the Taurus which costs around $100+ more?
