Rock Island Armory: Rock Standard FS 1911

I just picked up a Rock Island Armory Rock Standard FS 1911.

Does anybody know if the sights are true Novak Style? Does anyone else have this gun, and what sights have you put on it?

What other upgrades have you guys done to your Rock Standard FSs?

I hate ambi safeties, so I ground down the right side leaving just a little nub, it's perfect now.

Has anyone put the Magpul grips on it?

They are Novak "style". They are not cut to the same size as a true Novak cut.
