I have never lost money on reloading equipment! Yes, I like to surround myself with Lee Dies and and Lee Loaders, but it what makes me smiles and get my noodles thinking after a long day! crack open a cold one! and relax with Lee by my side!

If it makes you smile, it's probably worth it. Just remember, NO adult beverages while loading!

I am leaning toward the the Rockchucker. Or maybe the rebel. Not sure, gotta kick it around a lil more.
Either one would be a good choice. I'm not like most handloaders. I can't speak to the customer service of any reloading equipment manufacturer because I've been lucky enough not to need customer service. No special magic involved, just dumb luck. As for the Lee Loader, I think most people who are critical of them tried them out and found them lacking; but I also think that stems from unrealistic expectations. They're not toys, they're tools. Like any tool, how well they work depends on the desired goal and having reasonable expectations of the results. I like and use them. But that's me.
Good luck and be safe.

I really don't imagine I'll be needing to use it a ton, I can probably buy a few hundred projectiles and make it last years. I just got a Henry 45/70 and thr cost for a box of 20/cartridges is insane but I'd like to bring my lever along with me periodically and whack steel with it so I don't need anything super efficient and I don't think I will mind taking the time to load up 20-30 rounds every now and again.......

Now as for 9mm, .38spl, .223, etc, I would definitely opt for something a lil more efficient and capable of churning out a few hundred cartridges in a sitting. The Rebel is probably what I'll end up with....

This is where the Lee Classic Turret press, with the quick-change turrets, really shines. Once set up for a particular load, you just swap out the turret for another load and your off and running without having to do any adjustments. I have turrets set up for 30-30, 30-06, .223, .357 magnum. For 9mm, which I shoot often, I have a separate progressive press just for that. I've had RCBS presses and dies which were good, but I sold them and settled on Lee Precision. They are innovative and have good customer service and their equipment works. JMO.
