Ruger 10/22 M1 Carbine Update

Well i finished my 10/22 M1 carbine project. Added a carbine sling. Then i cut down a M1 magazine (not an original) to the proper length. I added a wood block to the magazine and 5 minute epoxied it to the Ruger magazine.

I think it turned out great. From a distance I can't tell the difference.

Not to hard. Hardest part was cutting the magazine straight with a hack saw.

Not sure how the magazine will hold up to handling. May use another magazine when shooting.

Got it, thanks! I was curious about how you handled the slide cut in the hand guard. Very nice. Now you need to really mess with their minds and carry a 2245 in a GI holster while you shoot your 2230.
