Very nice you're gonna like it.
IMHO the 5.5" Bisley Blackhawk is very close to the famous Keith #5. A near perfect do all hunting handgun.
I have the 5.5" 45 Colt on the large frame and added a power custom Keith #5 base pin in homage.

I'll not participate in the caliber choice debate. One could argue the advantage or disadvantage of this or that without end or purpose.
I just do not understand the benefit of a convertible revolver for a handloader.
For standard loads, the .45 ACP and .45 Colt costs nearly the same.

I have a flat top convertible in the 45 LC/ACP calibers, and I handload. I have on occasion under loaded my 45 ACP reloads, and rather than pull them, have found it more useful to shoot them than fool with spring rates in my 1911.

I’d get the 45 acp and colt just because I like the idea of having both plus you already have a Smith 69 to shoot specials out off

I have the Stainless Bisley 45LC with ACP cylinder extra. Great balance, handles recoil of “Ruger only” very nicely with the stock grips.

I had a 45 convertible but never used the 45 ACP cylinder. When I bought the gun used, it was 45 Colt shooting I had in mind. However, I did have a S&W 625PC that I could use to fire rounds that didn't gauge well enough to promise reliable cycling in my 1911.
