If anyone from Ruger frequents these boards, please forward this wish list to your leaders... I think you would sell a lot of these (or, you would at least sell one to me:evil:):

Bring back the old Ruger semi automatic rifles in 357 and 44 magnum. Keep them just like you used to make them, with iron sights and wood stocks, but add a forward mounted picatinny rail like the scout rifle, and make a 10 or 15 round detachable mag for this.

Introduce a Mini 14 A-Team special... bring back the folding would stock from years past. It looks so much better than the plastic tactical stock today. If its good enough for Mr. T, its good enough for me!

We desperately need the Old Model Ruger Vaquero reintroduced in 44 magnum, with a 4.75" barrel length. This would be a much better woods gun that the Blackhawk because you don't have to worry about the big front and adjustable rear sights.

I would love an A-Team special but lets make sure it can actually hit a target this time. The ones in the show were terrible.

Didn't know Ruger ever made an auto-loader rifle in .357, just the .44 carbine.

They didn't but they need to. I think they would sell pretty good.

I'm for the (re)issue of the GP 100 7-shot 327 Federal with a 5" barrel...or maybe a 6-shot SP101 .327 Federal with a 4" barrel.

The "B.A. Barackus signature model" Mini would be a hoot, tho!

I "pity the fool" that would want a mini 14.....for someone with enough gold around his neck to afford better, Mr T could have had something with style.

I am gonna go out on a limb here and betcha that none of the Mini-14 haters here would turn down a free full auto Mini like they used on the A Team.

How bout it Rembrandt? Put up or shut up.

No desire what so ever to own one......free or not. If you do happen to send one, make sure to include a return shipping label.

I never understand why some people feel the need to crash other threads with their unwanted opinions.

Have a pair of these. They are absolute perfection.

Willing to trade for an A-team mini and 22 lr ammo

Are we talking about a Mini in 44 Mag or 357 Mag? Or bringing back the old Deer Stalker?

If you really want the 44 mag rifle back, just send ruger a bunch of emails and get dozens of your friends too as well. IF Ruger gets enough traffic about it they might reconsider.

Don't bother praying to Ruger. People have been begging for Redhawks and the return of the Security/Speed Six line for a long time.

I have to point out...... No one ever got shot with the mini in the A-Team. Except if they want to explode a car with one of course:D. Put me down for a 44 rifle semi as well.

I've hunted with a Ruger .44 mag semi auto. One of the great features is the flat underside of the receiver that makes it easy to carry. Nice and light, compact.

This would primarily be considered a hunting rifle, and you don't need (or want for that matter) fifteen rounds. Just because it's a semi auto doesn't mean you have to dump fifteen rounds in fifteen seconds

Fudd.

I don't hunt very much. I would mainly use it for plinking at the range. Why won't you let me have a 15 round magazine? Just because you would use it for hunting doesn't mean everyone will. If they produced a 15 round mag in addition to the standard mag, the rifle would have a broader appeal.

I am curious, do you own an AR? Do you have 30 round mag for it? If so, why do you need a 30 round mag for your AR?

regarding the 44 carbine...

ruger heard your prayers and brought it back...then it didn't sell well at all. why make the same mistake twice?
