I bought an LC9 just after it came out..It was the old first gen with a hammer rather than a striker. Trigger was very heavy and long AND this gun came with a thumb safety. I did not LIKE the trigger but since I don't plan to shoot targets other than those trying to hit me in the head with a tire iron at close range I am very satisfied. Never had a failure to feed or fire with this little gun. Amazing CCW package!
