Back in January, I responded online to the LCP recall and received the follow up email response. I gave up waiting for Ruger to send me the shipping label/box and decided to call them. Apparently Ruger had a problem with many online request back in January and lost track of those that responded online. So if you like me, have not heard from them back in January, you may want to call them instead.
