I have been looking at the E. Arthur Brown trigger fix,Moyer replacement trigger, and the Moulds hammer fix for a Ruger No 1.Does anyone have any experience with these items? Thanks for your reply

Sorry ,no experience with those parts, but I'll be interested to see the answers from those who have.
I do know a feller from Alabama with a cat named pwillie. ;)

yep i do...

number 1 came from factory with adjustable trigger back in 79 or 80 thereabouts. 220wift. trigger set crisp as a cucumber. been the demise of many prarie dogs when i lived in the texas panhandle.

I own two Ruger#1's, a 200th Year edition in.270 Win. and a Varminter in
.25-06.
Other than a forearm free float on both rifles I've found them both satisfactory including the triggers.
Both rifles, with handloads shoot M.O.A. or better.

Gritty trigger on Ruger SR9

Can anyone tell me how to fix the trigger on my SR9?

The trigger is gritty and heavy. I want to get it smooth and crisp.

It's got about 500 rounds through it so far. Thanks.
