Ruger P90, adjusting the sights...

Is there a cheap sight pusher that will work for a Ruger P90? I am changing out the factory sights to Meprolight. I got the sight off with a hammer and screwdriver, but when I put the new one on, I will need something to make fine adjustments. Ideas?

I have used a small hammer & brass punch for the last 50 years.
