Biggest reason to not buy the RPR in .308 is that 20" barrel. It'd be nice to have a 24" .308 barrel for precision work. I suspect the reason for the 20" barrel has more to do with the desire of most shooters to suppress than anything but then why the 26" barrel in .243 and 24" barrel on the 6.5CM?! Of all those rounds that need the velocity boost, it's the .308, not the .243 or 6.5CM
