I have had the same thing happen.
When I took a closer look, it wasn't that the case was sticking in the cylinder bore, it was that the firing pin hit so hard that it deformed the casing rim at the bottom of the .22. So the rim was bent outwards getting stick in the recessed part of the cylinder. I was using cci mini-mag at the point.
So I switched .22 to one that didn't have such a flared rim at the bottom and that helped a lot. But I suspect that if I had the springs changed lighter, that might help also. But it doesn't bother me much just to run another brand of ammo.
