Hello friends and neighbors // $320 - 500

Used EXC, with the box $400 range.

It really depends on the type of store gun or pawn.
Then it depends on whether they want to sell many and make a little or make the rent selling one.

Most pawn shops price high but if you go often enough they will work with you a good bit. Guns that don't sell they will work with you a lot, the Single Six is not one of these.

There is a gun shop near Greensville "Traders IIRC" where they want to sell a lot and make a little.
I bought two 1960, Remington 870 WingMasters ,one 12 and one 20 ga. for just over $450 both are excellent and have knocked down many skeet in several hands since last May.

They had several Single Sixes and I passed on one for $320 the .22 cylinder was worn but the .22 Mag cyl was new.
The others were around $400, one stainless and the other blued but with the box +, in like new condition.

I see them often new or used.

Thank you for all the responses.

It would appear that for NIB guns, low to mid $400s is about average for most places ($500 where I live), and mid to high $300s or so for used ($500 here).

I guess this is a sign of lower than average supply and/or higher than average demand around here I guess. If I ever come upon a used one in good mechanical shape for under $400, I'll probably snatch it up. But I've not seen one for less than $400 locally in about 3 or 4 years.

Around here, $400 or so new, I just got a nice used 5 1/2" blue one for $200.00, that for some odd reason has mismatched grips (one looks much older that the other), I suspect someone had nicer grips on it and swapped them off when the traded it in to the gun shop.
