I can get a pair of Ruger Vaquero Bisleys blued 4" and 5" modles both for 700. Is this a good price?

Yes. That is a good price. Not a fire sale price, but a good price if the guns are in good condition.

FYI, Ruger is making them again. They're shipping New Vaquero Bisley revolvers in Stainless and 4 3/4" barrels, in .357 and .45 LC.

Here's a question......are the the "Old" Vaquero or the "NEW" Vaquero?

They are different.

No, I don't think they are making them again. What they are making is the "New" Vaquero Bisley and that is a different dog. That said, if the ones for sale are the "new" version, I would pass. The original Vaquero Bisley is the one I'm looking for.

"...There 45lc..." As in they're?
To pick a nit, that's two, not a pair. A pair is two identical revolvers. Need a pair of consecutively numbered, SS, .45 Colt, 4.5" Vaquero's with ivory grips, myself. And a 7.5" SS. Too many movies.
Snap 'em up at that price anyway. MSRP and retail runs $650 to $751 each.
"...they don't make them anymore..." Yep. 5.5" and SS only.

Whoops, sorry they are now making the Bisley Vaquero in both 4 3/4" and 5 1/2".

These are the smaller New Vaquero guns.

But I they are still called the "Bisley Vaquero", so technically, they are making them again. I suppose they should've called them Bisley New Vaquero... must've been too much of a mouthfull.
