S&W 640 and the Blackhawk CQC holster

Don't buy the Blackhawk Serpa CQC holster that's advertised as fitting J-Frame revolvers if you're planning on using it to carry a S&W .357 640. It won't fit. What really sucks is that I bought it at a gun show from a random dealer, so now I have to go through Blackhawk Customer Service to see if I can get credit or a refund or something. Anyone ever have a problem like that with Blackhawk before?

I have the Blackhawk old Bern-Matin style and I just love it, fits any of my J frames like a glove as well as my Colt Cobra(or was it agent?)

I cant for the life of me see the need for a Sherpa for a J frame myself
