I always welcome the opportunity to do society a favor by steering people away from Sigmas.
I had a first-gen .40. (And I heard they worked some of the bugs out in later generations, but why didn't they work them out BEFORE THEY WENT INTO PRODUCTION?)
I bought it new, thinking, "Great, I'm a smart consumer, not buying into the Glock revolution, waiting for an American company to work the bugs out." I was SOOOO wrong.
Would not feed ANY hollow-points. I had to have the feed ramp milled, which was covered under warranty, but there is no reason for this.
The front sight fell out. (Imagine Ron White repeating, "It fell off. It FELL OFF. IT FELL THE $#@^ OFF!") Oh well, I wanted trijicons anyway, right?
The trigger feels like the striker in a pinball machine.
This was BY FAR the worst pistol I have ever owned. This pistol is the reason I test fire before I buy anymore. This pistol is what taught me gun magazines sell pistols exactly the same way car magazines sell cars.
Get a used Glock for the same money.
