savage 22-250 twist 9 vs 12

I have an opportunity to purchase a savage 22-250 in either 9 twist or 12. I shoot exclusively at targets most 100 or 200 yards. Which would be the best to purchase if both are the same price. Advantages or disadvantages to either. Thanks

Tighter the twist the heavy bullet.

If you like to shoot lighter bullets go to the 1-12.

Is the 1-9 now a factory option? last time I looked they only had 1/12 (or maybe it was 1/14) in .22-250. Since I want to shoot heavier bullets, I was looking for a 1-9, but couldn't find one, as a (Savage) factory gun.
