SB2 Handi-Rifle 45-70 ammo power level?

I shot 50 rounds in one day with it once and was rewarded with a nice bruise on the shoulder for a week.

I too belong to the thick skull club, and can fire heavy kicking beasts repeatedly, even when it results in a bruised shoulder. I know it's coming, but I'm able to shut off that part of my mind. I think the worse beating I ever took was with my Yugo-Mauser M48A, shooting Turk ammo all day at clays on a berm.
