Scout Rifle SKS? Post pics of your SKS mods

I am looking for cool SKS ideas. I would like to build some type of forward mount scope or red dot on top of an SKS forend.....anyone ever done this? I would love to see what you have.

I heard good report from folks at Simonov. However, I have never seen, or use one, personally.
