Hey guys, new poster here. I was hoping I could get a little advice in dealing with the people at Samcoglobal.com, as I've read some of you have already done business with them.
Last Thursday I ordered a Yugo SKS from them and then went ahead and arranged for FFL transfer with a gun shop near me here in Hialeah Florida. It was only a day later that I realized that I had inadvertently entered my own home address as the shipping address instead of the gun shop with whom I arranged the FFL transfer. Now, I have dealt with the lady at customer service before and she's a royal pain in the ass. She doesn't seem to enjoy her job at all and tries to get rid of you as soon as possible. No help whatsoever.
Now the thing is, I actually live pretty close to them (about 10 min drive) and I was wondering if I could just show up to their warehouse, or whatever and try to get maybe a manager to correct the order? Has anyone here actually been to this place in person? I've read alot of posts on this forum and others about experiences with this very same customer service rep and she doesn't seem very responsible at all.
