I have one that length in blue and it is one of my favorite and most accurate revolvers. It strikes me as being just the right size and weight for the .357. Around here they are running about $450 in good shape.
I like the trigger very much. Every bit as good as the Model 19 I have and much better than the Model 13 I used to have. I will say that I bought it used though - I have no idea if the trigger has been worked on or simply smoothed with use. I doubt either to be the case though because when I bought it my impression was that it appeared to have been fired very little. How do you like the trigger ? Almost as good as the Smiths ?
I would agree, I even see some in my area going for more. Just a few years ago you could pick one up for $300 but prices have steadily continued to go up on all the Six series guns. The first pic is of the same gun with different grips, the 2nd shows my 4" version with finger grip grips. I picked up the 2-3/4" unfired new in box with papers a few years back. The 4" was well used. I'd say get it if you like revolvers especially if you can get it at a good price, you wont regret it.I would say anywhere from $425 to $475 would be a fairly decent range to work with.
