Is ok for me to sell two ten round pistol magazines to someone in Canada. i am not completely sure of what the laws are there.

I am not a lawyer, but I think the legality of the sale is his problem. I live in the Detroit area, not far from the Canadian border. I can go to Windsor and buy anything that is legal there. If I try to bring it back, and it is not legal here, the penalty is mine to pay, not the person / business that sold it to me.

But there might be a US law that states mags can't be sold to canadian residents by US citizens. I would contact the ATF on this just to be on the safe side.

Considering there's no such thing as a short barreled rifle over (up to you lower-48er's) there, it is hard to believe a 10 rounder would be a problem.

Which of course implies that it will.

I think it would be okay to sell magazines in Canada, but be careful of the title. "Ladies Home Journal" or, "Field & Stream" are likely okay, but I think, "Playboy" might be iffy.

I've heard their censorship is quite a bit tougher on publications that they think "exploit women" than is the case in many Western nations. Very PC...

As long as it is 10 rounds or less shouldn't be a problem ( 10 round mag limit )..........Some of us buy guns from the states quite often , as long as they are legal in Canada. I just bought a LES BAER S.R.P ..........check out www.canadiangunnutz.com
