selling to an out of state FFL?

just a quick question. I know you must be a resident of a state to purchase but do you need to be a resident in order to sell to an FFL?

You can ship to any FFL in the country, so I don't see why you can't sell to them.

You can sell a gun to any FFL. They can come to your state to purchase it, you can sell
the gun to them in their state, you can ship the gun to them, you can hand carry the gun and deliver in person.
