Sen. Mark Pryor (D-Ark) strikes back against Bloomberg

Pryor isn't one of my favorites.

I do have to give him props, despite what the polls (that are trying to damage Pryor for voting pro second amendment and are run by biased groups) are saying, I'm betting that he got a large number of physical letters and emails from Arkansas residents warning him NOT to support measures that could damage the second amendment or risk losing his seat and title as the last remaining dem senator in Arkansas.

He's got to walk a fine line to stay in office (our last Democrat) and he knows it. I see him as a fair weather second amendment voter, as another poster noted but standing up to Bloomberg has gained him some respect in my eyes because he didn't have to do that at all.

Also, I'm an Arkansas resident and I approve this message.

I also doubt the poll of what percentage of people support ubc in AR. He is going to be hard pressed to win his reelection campaign. The last thing he need was to anger the conservatives and have them come out in droves to vote against him. Democrats are not going to vote against him for voting against UBC. Republicans would have lined up around the block if he would have voted for UBC. Smart politics bad politician.

Our Governor Sandoval who claims to be Republican, was bombarded with the Bloomberg BS. Needless to say I sent him an e-mail telling him what I thought about it.

He sent me back an e-mail simply stating he appreciated hearing from me on my thoughts. Talk about avoiding the issue, therefore I wrote him back and in no uncertain terms I told him his response was totally unacceptable to me. further I advised him siding with the Bloomberg, would be political suicide.

I haven't heard back from him as of yet. Not so sure about your Arkansa congressman Pryor.

Pryor voted for Obamacare. It doesn't matter what his RKBA stance is, I'll continue voting against him.
