They did this because the CO Supreme Court recently shot down their effort to ban students w/ permits from carrying on campus...and they think that THIS will fly?! Logical fallacy #1. Logical fallacy #2: They require all students to keep their weapons concealed at all times to prevent disturbances and issues from arising amongst other students...doesn't the entire school already know whose carrying and whom to harass, now that they've been singled out?!
