Shipping handgun from state to stae ?

I know this has been asked too many times but i need to know how to ship a handgun from Texas to Florida


1. It has to be overnight, correct?

2. Can the seller ship to my FFL or does his FFL have to ship to my FFL?

Here's the quick answer

The party in the receiving state must go through a FFL.

An individual may NOT ship a handgun via USPS. Your only choices are
UPS and Fed Ex. There is no law about shipping overnight, but both UPS and Fed Ex have rules requiring it for handguns. Don't get cute and try to not tell them
what it is. If it is lost you are out of luck and can't put in a claim.

Go to Advanced Search and type in "shipping handgun" and search in titles only
