I have a MAC in 45ACP. I would cry if I had to outright purchase the 1K we shot up Sunday. Not to mention sighting in my new scope on the 45-70 ~ 75 rds.
When I lived in Nevada Id shoot maybe 10 or 25 rounds just about everyday. From where I lived just needed to drive about 5 mins from my houase for a good shooting spot. Id usually fire a clip or two on my way home from work.
I tend to shoot a couple hundred rounds every other day - in between doing my table top reviews - and run 'tactical clinics' on the weekend which i upload on to youtube to help educate the masses.
I have to keep my identity secret because of death threats but you may know me.
I'm just trying to find a decent place to shoot since I moved down here a few months ago. I'm sure I will find one to burn up some excess I've accumulated.
I probably average shooting five days a week (home range).
Other than 22LR I usually don't shoot more than 150 rounds at a time. Then there's times like today when I just grabbed a Ruger 22/45 and two magazines to shoot a steel target.
Ammo isn't a problem since I reload and have plenty of components. Actually, in the last year I've given new shooters a couple thousand rounds of 38 Special, 45ACP, 9mm, .223 and 7.62x39 and bunches of 22LR.
Looks like the weather is going to be bad the next 5-6 days. Good time to do some reloading.
