Rodentman,

That P7 PSP is really something. That finish reminds me of the old Armorloy of the way back. Nice grips. I would carry that gun a lot. I noticed your very low serial number and lack of a firing pin system rebuild bump, neat.

Does your mag release roll back like a ruger standard model or is it a lever that is pushed forward? I know of atleast three systems for mag realease on P7 pistols a thing roll back a wide roll back and the pinch lever. Most folks do not even know what the square hole in the back of a P7 mag is for!

I did shoot lead in mine and the gas tube did fill up enough eventually to prevent the slide from going fully to the rear. HK not including a gas cylinder cleaning tool with the early guns I used a small screw driver to scape the thing out and then an old "Lead Out" cloth (can you even buy those now?) o a split wooden dowel in a hand drill to clean that puppy up.

Unfortunately I no longer have my P7 as my wife was using it as a car gun for a bit after she took Mas Ayoob's LFI I class with it because of some wrist injuries that prevented her from using her old BDA marked SiG 220 .45 in the class. Only floor on the parking garage not to have security cameras so no pictures of the current or atleast next owners.

Well, these probably don't rate like most in this thread. But I've sure been having a good time with them lately. Picked up the pair at a LGS for under $250/ea. The PT945 has been a hoot.
