Show us a picture of your reloading bench

I'm just getting into reloading and found my shop was too dusty for my taste so I took 225 sqft and inclosed it for my man cave/reloading room. I dug around my bone yard and used every bit of material I had laying around, benches are 6x6 with 3/4" plywood, walls are 1/2" plugged and sanded and ceiling is cedar t&g. It's all bench space less 10' to house my safe, tool box and desk, I'm working on a flat screen and surround sound in the next month and i have left over hardwood for floor, I think it will be pretty sweet when finished. I am concerned with setting my stuff up correctly, is their any order they should be placed and any spacing? I have three pressed, three powder disp, and a grand shot shell press, also a arrow saw, vice and am gonna purchase a small drill press. I'm new at this but am a perfectionist and don't wanna tear stuff out because I am too cramped.

Works slow right now, but hopefully it will pick up soon, and i'll be able to justify adding another Dillon, and a couple more shotgun presses. I'd like to pick up a 650, and maybe, just maybe a camdex for .45... (eventually).

Been getting a little interested in casting lately.. Got a pot, lubrasizer, handles, and a few molds..

Sounds like it's going to be great! I'd just try the presses/etc. in various parts of the bench and be ready to move them if they are not to your liking. I do not think there is an order of installation....other than give the press you most intend to use the prime spot.

i like to set in the middle of the rock chunker and the rcbs jr. with the trim pro also in the middle of the bench between the two presses, seems to work well when working on 223 brass, i can size, trim, swage all from one spot.

shotgun set up is one PRESS at a time on the bench i have per drilled holes to mount them.

when using the pro 1000 i can use it and the rock chunker in the same area. ill use the RC to seat the bullet as I DO NOT TRUST THE LEE ANYMORE for POWDERING.

Here's my expanded setup. I recently got a 550 from a friend for 1,100 factory rounds. He doesn't reloaded so we treaded. It was missing the priming system & handle. I sent it to Dillon & it came back like new here's before & after. I had to add a smaller bench because it was getting crowded.

about 2 years ago i spent a great little bit of time in a shop running 8 camdex/ammoload machines (for pistol) in a room about 30' by 20'... with a Separated room for case tumbling and brass sorting/preparation, and a seperate room for offices/gunsmithing, and a large secure firearm storage facility. ammunition consumption/production ON SITE was about 10k or so per month if i recall.

I have not only the main reloading room shown above at approx 30 x 30 (not including vault space taken up), but another 30 x 14 that is completely vacant. room for dedicated mechanical casting equipment, case processing equipment, and loading equipment. Be nice to just pick up a few bricks of lead, and some powder and primers every month, let the machines do all the work while i eat a cheeseburger and stare in awe, and then go shoot.

I do not have them, it was a range i worked at for a little while. sorry, also no pictures, unfortunately. It was a state-owned secure facility.

None-the-less, it got me a little hands on with them, and troubleshooting experience. It's a whole different ball game when you go into production that big.

what are you guys doing to keep ur presses in tip top shape.... my reloading bench is in a garage that is not heated or cooled.... i store all my components inside in a closet but my bench has to be in the garage (wife's orders!)

I say get a new wife.
The short time I was in the garage I would unbolt my press every time and take my press inside.

My thought is have three pressed set up for my squirrel hunting habit, .17 fireball, .204 ruger and 22.250, idk, just need to figure out where everything need to be so when I put a top over plywood I don't have a bunch of holes in new counter top.
