Show us a picture of your reloading bench

Here's mine. I beefed up a computer table to use my Dillon SDB. I loaded 40 s&w and 45 acp. Then I added a Lee single stage to load 44 mag. Just lately I bought the 3 stage Lee to load 7.62x39, .300 BLK and 5.56 along with 30-06 and .308. I can barely move around the spare room so I guess I will have to build a better bench in a bigger area.

New Reloading Bench

I moved from a double sheet of 24" x 37" ply that fit over the end of the kitchen table, to the first dedicated reloading setup I've had n several years. This one's in a 5' wide by 4' deep alcove, opposite the desk in my home office. I can go from my desk/computer to reloading bench by rotating my desk chair 180 deg, moving it 3 feet, and doing my thing! The bench is a double thick 3/4" maple veneer plywood sheet, glued/screwed for rigidity. It rests on 5/4 x 2" pine rails, attached to wall studs with 4" lag bolts. It's fastened down with 2-1/2" screws thru 5/4 sqare blocks, 8" long, spaced every 8" along the rear edge.

Some factory ammo and my brass station. I trim all rifle brass so I have separate bins for cleaned brass, trimmed brass & ready to load brass in the .223 and .308 calibers.

That's it....my new bench is going to have a permanent placement for all my equipment including my new turret press coming in. Going to have a decap/sizing station, trimming, brass area and then the final loading area. :)

Here is mine..looks like a disaster!!...LOL, I haven't been home in over a year. Looks like I have few packages to go through. My wife does Extreme Couponing and started to "re-organize" my Man Cave.:scrutiny: Hopefully I can get it back the way I want it :banghead: I aksed her ..."Honey, where is all of my reloading stuff :) .... "Oh, I put it all away in the cupboards, and put all the brass things in 1 bucket to save some room".AAARRRGGGHHH!!!

I am sure if I taught mine how to reload and trust the work...I would probably not be able to reload a single round. She loves firearms as much as me.

Heres mine. Just moved into my new gun/reloading room this weekend. Working on the shelf unit now.

Finally got the fridge taken to the scrap yard(got a flat tire in the process grr) but I got $18 bucks for the fridge. I priced the wood to build my bench and it was nearly $100 bucks!

So went to a thrift store and bought another desk for $15. I am going to install some wood to reinforce it and make it rock sturdy at the press. And somehow even though 8 months from when I purchased the other desk they were the exact same. So much decent sized work area cost me $35 today with some good storage space. Those home depot tubs work out great for brass and finished rounds.

Here she is:

Hey, everyone!! I have been following this particular thread for a while now and finally finished off my reloading room and built my new bench and shelves! Now that I have my "sponsors" all plastered all over.....I am ready to show off my bench! Let me know what you think, as this is a product of many months of thinking, talking to others, and many of you had a part in this even though you didn't know it.

Okay, what's going on? I can't attach any photos. I am very confused. Can someone please help me out on this!????? It wants links. I don't have any links. So I am going to put these in my dropbox and attach links. I hope they work. But someone please tell me what is going on.

My little piece of the world

Here is my reloading center. It is outside in my shop so i have to keep powder, primer inside and carry it in the large black 50 Cal ammo can. One pic of 9mm being loaded. Hope to get it closed in and climatized one day or convince the wife to give me the extra bedroom.

Wow, some of you guys have ALOT of room compared to my small corner of the house,,thats OK I make efficent use of this 41" wide piece of laminate countertop, with a ton of shelving along the wall from floor to ceiling,
Of course my cleaner must run out in the garage as this corner is on main floor of house, and bedrooms all around it,, It gets the job done though
The most important thing is that you have room to move, and GOOD LIGHTING

reloading bench.jpg

Someday when kids are older and moved out, I will take-over an enitre room, and build a larger bench...

I believe many on here really go through a major cleaning and organizing just for these pics. What does anyone one else think ??
