I don't routinely take pictures of my guns unless there is a dead animal involved. The first one is a semi-custom Marlin 336SS 30-30 topped with Zeiss Conquest 3-9, and the second is a Marlin 336T 30-30 topped with a Leupold VariX II 3-9. Both are proven killers.
Here's one of my levers, a 1914 .30 ARMY Win. Model 1895 Carbine. And yes, that's a cartridge holder on the stock as I still put it to use on occasion. (It also protects the stock a bit too.)
Hey Quinton, I've shot the Marlin 1895 CB with cast bullet loads. It was a dream to shoot with the peeps! It was more confortable to shoot than my 270 M70 featherweight! It was alot more fun too.
I hope in the futur buy a 1866 uberti henri rifle or carbine in 44/40 cal.
And why not a Chapparal lever action in the same caliber.
Just for the beauty of these rifles.
