Sig 228

I have a Sig 228 and recently bougth of Full Cap 226 mags at a steal...I knew that they would extend below the bottom of the grip...does any one make a grip filler for a Sig 226 mag used in a 228...I check Pearce and they do not list the sig

FWIW - Mec-Gar makes a 15 rnd mag for he 228 that fits flush.

I use those extensions on 226 mags for my 228. But, beware. These extensions will only fit these high capacity mags with the correct floorplate footprint. I had to buy 6 diffferent 226 mags before finding 2 that had the correct size and shape floorplate. I considered filing some to shape them, but having two of these 15-rounders for my 228 seems enough for now. Afterall, it's mostly aesthetic/cosmetic.

Frandy how do I know which floor plates will work...I have the factory 226 mags
