I'd be interested in a direct link as well. The cheapest I've seen 226s is at Wideners for $475.

OP: I'd say that $600 for a 226 Combat is a decent deal, but not really great. I'd try to hold out for a bit better price if I were you. Maybe look for $550 or even $500 if you can manage to negotiate it that low.

There were quite a few police trade-ins going for $325+ a few years ago (bought mine from Bud's), but $450 seems to be the average these days.

Does the Combat model not have the SRT trigger? Seems odd that they wouldn't include it on a $1200 model (my Elite Dark has it).

Every combat model I have seen did not have the SRT trigger pack. I thought it was odd as well, especially when you can get models that have more features for the same if not cheaper price than the combat model.
