Brought a p229 Legion home yesterday (nearly getting killed on the roads in the process), and took it downstairs tonight to plink with the laser bullet. Kicker was that on the way to pick it up, I get an e-mail that says "UpperAtmosphere! We've got those P229 Legions you wanted in stock.."

As an aside, that laser bullet has paid for itself several times over. Great tool!

Very smooth trigger action on the P229, and I have not encountered any problems racking the slide or with misaligned sights. Finish is lovely dark grey, sights are very sharp in the dark.

I'm not the Hard, Professional Operator Sig is looking for here (though...if I were a cynical man, I'd say they're just looking for people to Professionally Operate their own wallets to buy more Legion gear), but I'm digging the heck out of this thing so far. Fits nicely in the hand, points well, trigger is great.

I'm giving a certain amount of consideration to buying a P226 Legion SAO - it has a flat trigger, and...I *do* sorta want a flat trigger on my X-Five...

Guns & Ammo TV did a feature on the Legion guns and said that Bruce Gray of GrayGuns Inc. developed the triggers on these guns, so I'm not surprised that the trigger is excellent on your Sig P229 Legion pistol.

Congrats on the P229 Legion.

I have not even SEEN one yet in any of the local gun stores. Can't wait until I do.

I want one. With a GreyGuns trigger and the other features (I like the big dot green front sight even), the finish and the stocks, (to me) it's worth the extra tariff.

I'm trying desperately to avoid saying "Photos or it didn't happen!". Oops, I failed.
