SIG Sauer P250 SC Grip Sizes

Does anyone know if the P250 Sub-Compact is available with the Medium grip?
Every one of them for sale seems to have the small grip size.

I think the sub-compacts are only available in the smallest grip size.

I have read that the SC top end can be placed on the C frame. Something to consider if that would help you.
