Military/Government Officer Purchase Program

As the leading manufacturer of firearms for Law Enforcement, Military and Federal Agencies, SIGARMS® has a long and close relationship with the men and women who serve and protect our country. Our commitment to providing the best possible equipment to these selfless guardians goes unmatched. That is why SIGARMS® offers a very special Individual Officer Purchase Program. We realize that many purchase a pistol for off duty or back up use. Our Individual Officer Purchase Program provides the best firearms at special law enforcement only pricing - including night sights and a third magazine.

The program is open to current fulltime, reservist and retired personnel authorized under law to carry a firearm.

Product: This offer applies to the current list of Public Safety Pistols, all of which come standard with SIGLITE night sights and three magazines. The offer does not apply to commercial products.

Pricing: The individual officer price will equal the current SIGARMS® suggested Agency price plus the applicable Federal Excise Tax.

Delivery: SIGARMS® will ship the pistol, prepaid (lower 48 states), to the purchaser’s Federal Firearms License holder ($35.00 S&H for Alaska and Hawaii). When ordering, the purchaser must provide a signed copy of the Dealer’s FFL license. SIGARMS® will also ship to the address found on the Agency Letterhead submitted by Federal Agents. To locate a FFL holder in your area, see our dealer locator below.

Not really clear on the "retired military" thing. Does it mean retired military with a Concealed Carry permit or whose job requires them to carry a sidearm?
