Iam just telling every one about the ISD & . Here what happened the 1st one i got worked fine but around the keypad the covering was coming loose & i contacted SR & they said it may just worsen as it gets older & used more so they emailed me a no cost return shipping label to retun the ISD to them & i got the second unit i had problems with it & it turned out ot be my fault not Smartreloaders at all but SR wouldn't have it no other way & called me on the phone & we discussed what was going on & they sent me a return label & i sent that one back & i figured out that it was me not using the ISD incorrectly & told them that it was my fault & they still sent me another ISD & called me again & i told they guy that it was my fault that i found out what i was doing {i DIDN'T PRESS ENTER AFTER I SET THE TRICKLE & INTERVAL ADJUSTMENTS } worng & now i have the 3rd one & its doing great loaded 50 more before i posted this & it only had one .01 tenth of a grain over its accurate & consitant & iam happy with my ISD . All in the world iam doing is to help another reloader make a good spending choice & still get a good tool thats preforms good for them .So if that makes me a poor American i guess iam guilty at least thats what one guy that sent me a message saying iam a poor American for buying this china junk he also stated that no one wants to here my reviews on this junk i have the Message send me a IM & ill let anyone read it that wants to .

Iam going to review every Smartreloader product that i buy & any other one i buy for that matter .Iam not an expert on nothing & ill admit when iam wrong because i want nothing but the honest truth in my reviews .I dont think iam gonna buy a reloading tool & have trouble that cant be resolved & post in here thats is a good tool i dont think no one who has any brains at all would do that . If my reviews are wasting anyones time iam sorry iam jst telling what the product did or didn't do

You are doing a great job with your reviews, but you have let some of these individuals get under your skin and it is showing in your improper use of spelling and grammar.
Try to be a little more professional, check your spelling, check for proper grammar, and your reviews will be better accepted.
Understand - I am not critisizing you - you are doing a great job with your reviews - much better than anyone else has produced - until someone else steps up and produces a proper review, yours are THE BEST.
I have read all your reviews repeatedly. I try to glean all the useful information I can from them. Read again, "I try to glean all the useful information I can from them." From the people who rip you for your reviews, I get no useful information, and wish I could delete them, such that only positive review data was retained for all to learn and use.

A good point OldmanFCSA, but the grammar and punctuation were bad from the beginning, not just after the criticism of the country of origin of the product. You are right though, it is terribly hard to read, and makes it easier for folks to criticize the OP. A little more care in writing the reviews would have helped.
The majority of feedback here about the Smart Reloader products in general has been poor. Between that and the fact it is manufactured in China, I would personally choose Lee, for three basic reasons. It is made here in the USA, it does a great job, and they have excellent customer service. Just my opinion.
I commend the OP for trying to share his honest opinions about the products, but some negative feedback is almost inevitable.

Good point - sometimes the positive feedback must contain negative feedback in order to remain un-biased in reviewing the product in a positive manner.
China is fast becoming a provider of equipment throughout our sporting industry, but has to work thru the same problems that Japan and S Korea did.
I remember when "Made in Japan" was viewed the same as "Made in China" is today.
But still does not mean I have to accept it - I still prefer "Made in United States" to any, but even that has its difficulties too.
Of all the brands reviewed by various sources, the RCBS ChargeMaster has the best reputation and reviews, but even it has reportedly been manufactured offshore - though I personally do not know the source.
Let's keep an open mind to all products, and thank the people who provide un-biased reviews of products we like to use in our pursuit of happiness.
