I selected the Smith & Wesson Victory to transition my children from shooting rifle to handgun. And man am I glad I did!

We took it out today and ran a hundred rounds through it with just plain Jane Federal bulk ammo. It's a natural shooter. My oldest only took a few rounds before she figured out how to get on target quick and accurately. The gun ran flawlessly and with bulk ammo it was accurate enough to hit the bottom of a Coke can at 15 yards.

The best part is after we got home to clean the gun it only took 20 minutes because of how easy it is to take apart and service.

If you're looking at getting a 22 handgun for target practice or to transition shooters into a handgun platform I cannot recommend the Smith & Wesson Victory enough.

any issues with the screw being to tight or coming loose while shooting , just asking I read a few reports of screw issues and been thinking of picking one of these up for summer time plinking

Have been shooting one of these on and off with a Sparrow on and off and it just shoots great! Seems to run on any .22 ammo I can find perfectly.

Agreed, mine is awesome. Accurate and reliable. I haven't had a single malfunction other than some hard primers. I agree with how easy it is to disassemble and clean. Haven't had any issue with the screw coming loose.

The Victory is one of the few guns I don't even debate, I know it was the best choice when I bought it. Doubt I will ever part with it.

Looking forward to shooting mine when it comes back from S&W.

Mongo installed my barrel screw and I had to send it in before I ever shot it.
