Smith & wesson copy cat

Hey guys,
Have any of you seen one of these new 38 spl,
that Cobra is putting out? (COBRA WHO?)

I came across it by chance and had to look twice
and i am convinced its a Smith and wesson 442 .
Let me know what you guys think i think we have another copy cat
on the market.
