Soft sling swivel options?

I'm looking for silent, soft sling swivel options. The best I have found and what I use presently are tied loops of UHMWPE cord. 1/8" cord (2200 lbs) will fit through the stud hole, but with difficulty. 2mm fits easy and is still 1000 lbs. Compared to 550 paracord, the strength isn't the advantage so much as the non-stretch.

Are there any soft options other than cord?

I've heard some people use zip ties. A common 0.19" zip tie is supposed to have a 50 lb. breaking strength, but won't fit in the standard stud hole. I suppose it would be fine through a larger hole on a handguard or a ring installed over a buffer tube. Mini zip ties that fit through the stud hole might only have an 18 lb. break strength.

What about other things that fit into the stud hole that won't move or rattle? I found the Magpul QD Quick-Disconnect Paraclip Sling Adapter -- basically a steel loop that bolts into the QD hole and doesn't move. That's useful where there is a QD hole rather than a standard stud hole. I'm using one of those.

I realize in some cases, the stud can be removed or replaced. However, I have a swivel stud hole that is in a cast gun part and does not just screw off.
