I have no plan whatsoever to do any house clearing on my own.
My plan involves staying alive, and trying to do amateur houseclearing seems like a good way to get dead.
BTW, I do not mean to suggest I will call the cops every time I hear an unidentiifed noise. One cannot get too paranoid about such things.
