Just got an e-mail from Southland (Southla1), Carlyle Herbert's, wife.

She says he is in the hospital and gravely ill with a rare form of pneumonia, and that it's very touch and go right now.

Carlyle was a frequent poster over on TFL, and is also here, but hasn't posted much as his job keeps him out of the country and in the oil fields in the Middle East as a consultant.

Please keep him and his family in your thoughts and prayers.

Mike, Here is the email that I got from Mrs. Hebert
"Hi
This is Carlyle's wife Karlyne. I am just letting all of you know that Carlyle is in hospital and is in very critical condition. He has a rare Pneumonia. He has been put on a ventilator to breath. If he doesn't turn the corner in the next 12 to 24 hours things are not looking good for him. I need all of your prayers he is in God''s hands. If anyone would like to email me, please feel free to Karlyne@aol or call 337-276-4727 "

This might not be gun or Second Amendment related but it is certainly gun and Second Amendment family related .

Keep these folks in your prays and thoughts.
