sparc II vs black spider optics

I am looking for a red dot for my .300 BO and these are the two I have narrowed it down to. I am lookong for any opinions for and against these. I have a vortex PST and love that and the warranty is a major plus for the vortex. I like the size of them both but I also like that the black spider uses AAA batteries that can be had cheaply and are very plentiful. The rifle will be used almost always inside of 200 yards almost always plinking or pest control on my property. Thank you all in advance for your opinions.

The Sparc II is the red dot I would buy if I wasn't going with Aimpoint.

Very rugged and typical Vortex quality.
