How many people have heard of them and how do you like the guns? I know it's made by another company but I just want to hear from people who own it, what do you think of the quality. Maybe shooting heavy buckshot loads or something. Also I have never owned a double barrel before but always wanted to......The price was out of my range. What would you go with the double trigger or the single trigger? Why?

"By Remington" the page says- look to be Russian to me. Haven't seen any, not familiar with them otherwise.

These guns are manufactured by the Izhmash factory in Russia and have been imported by European American Arms (www.eaacorp.com) under the "Baikal" "IZH" names until now. Now they will be "Spartan by Remington". If you want opinions/reviews of these guns simply search on "IZH" or "Baikal" and you'll be reading about "Spartan"s.

Too bad they aren't building Saigas here. I could use a nice folding/collapsing stock hi cap autoloader without the 922 compliance hassle.

Here's another company for you. I found a shotgun being sold at Academy which is called Yildiz. Anyone know about this one? All I know about this one is that it is about the same price as the Spartan and it's made in Turkey or something I think.
