Hello THR,

For a around 2 years I've been lurking around here (mostly autoloaders section) and offering posts where I felt I had the knowledge to contribute.

However, today I was walking through campus and randomly I was asked if I could be interviewed about my views on gun control and other firearm related topics. I was more than happy to oblige.

Now, normally I like to have read some facts about what I'm being interviewed on just prior to the interview, this was completely off the bat.
(here's where the thank you comes in)

However for this interview I was completely confident and was able to answer every topic they threw at me. I owe this in large to this community for offering its knowledge and opinions to everybody else.

It was an interview for the University's media studies group. I'm fairly certain it was for another student's project so I'm unsure if it will make it to youtube but I'll ask if it will be or if I could have a copy.

Good job! I'm a fan of THR and TFL precisely because of the excellent information that can be gleaned from them. Yes, there is a lot of noise, but if someone frames a question well, ya get good answers from knowledgable folks. Compared to many other forums, pretty good signal-to-noise ratio 'round here!
