Stevens 200 Refinish?

How would I go about refinishing my Stevens 200, from the matte "natural" (according to Savage's website) finish to a high gloss blued? I am going for a very classic look, walnut and blued steel etc.

Could I do this or would I need to send it to someone?

I would drop it off myself, but my gunsmithing ability stops at assembly/disassembling.
